High Scalability - Distributed Architecture
DACX Ameyo has been built on a distributed architecture that ensures unlimited scalability and rapid development of features. The call traffic is handled by multiple servers (traffic handlers) each working independently. These servers are handled by an independent manager. Since the manager does not handle traffic directly, it can easily scale to manage a large number of traffic handlers. Thus, any increase in the number of agent seats can simply be handled by adding more servers without posing any threat to the handling capacity of the solution.
DACX core is seamlessly integrated with the CRM and database. The database is in standard form of Postgresql. The architecture can easily integrate with any other existing database since it is based on open standards. The CRM can be customized to run any process complexity – whether it is customer support, tech support, helpdesk, telemarketing and sales, market research or collections.
Ameyo Management Server Components:
- Ameyo Server – Manages the entire solution
- Softswitch - Performs call handling
- CRM - Provides customer information and call interaction dispositions
- DAGENT- Interface between ACP and all other components.(Ameyo Server, Asterisk, CRM, DB)
- Database - Stores data. (Customer information, interaction history, campaign information, user information, process information and Ameyo Control Panel data)
- Ameyo Control Panel (ACP) - Ameyo Control Panel is the web GUI tool to manage all the operations in the Ameyo system, such as system administration, IT administration, Reporting, and Voice Recording.
