Basic - Call flow Outbound

For outbound calls, numbers are uploaded in leads of the outbound campaign. The Ameyo server fetches the numbers that match the campaign specific criteria while simultaneously verifies for the Do-Not-Call compliance or other exclusion criteria. Then after, the outbound campaign directs the call control server to generate the calls. After the call is generated, the call server checks and disregards answering machines, busy signals, fax tones and connects live calls to the available campaign agents based on the specified dialing algorithm. At the same time, the Session Manager sends CRM information to the Agent’s desktop. |
