In a premise-based setup, all the system hardware equipments are located at client’s premises. The client bears the infrastructure costs along with the maintenance costs, upgradation costs and the operational costs.
Ameyo Management Server is the core of the architecture. It is integrated with other components such as the Application server, call server, Ameyo CRM and database. The architecture can be integrated with any third party CRM as well. The contact number database can be incorporated into the main database or it can be integrated with Ameyo’s architecture as a separate component with the client.
